Lori Chavis, President of Omega Medical Solutions, received a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina. She has earned her Fellowship as a Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Medical Practice Executives through the Medical Group Management Association, is a Certified Professional Coder and is a Certified Healthcare Chart Auditor. Lori has served as President of South Carolina MGMA and the Forum Representative to S.C. for the ACMPE. Lori began her healthcare career in 1994. She has designed and developed billing services from the ground floor. Her experience stems far beyond billing into consulting, office management, human resources and compliance.
Steve Perry, COO, received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. A participant in the Winthrop graduate program, Steve began his healthcare career in 1994 and has held positions as Corporate Business Manager, Controller, CFO and Medical Business Office Consultant. Steve is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and has served as President of the local chapter and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
